Hi, I’m Clinton Carter, Mortgage Loan Originator at Heart Mortgage. After almost twenty years in corporate banking with Wells Fargo and Bank of the West, I decided it was time for a change. I wanted to connect with people on a deeper level, guiding them through one of the most meaningful moments in life: buying a home.

My career in banking started as a teller and grew into a branch manager position, where I learned four values that continue to guide everything I do: Honesty, Courtesy, Respect, and Communication. These principles shaped the way I work with every client, because I believe that trust and clear communication are the foundation of great service.

I know firsthand how stressful it can be to buy or refinance a home. I’ve been through the process myself, and I remember feeling lost at times, waiting for updates, unsure of what was happening next. That experience taught me exactly what I never want my clients to feel. My goal is simple: to keep you informed, answer every question, and make sure you feel valued every step of the way.

When you work with me, you can expect transparency, consistency, and genuine care. I’ll treat you the same way I would treat a close friend or family member, with honesty and respect from our first conversation to the day you close on your home.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll probably find me at the beach, riding roller coasters, or volunteering with 8 Waves Youth, where I mentor high school students in Orlando.

For me, this career is about more than loans. It’s about people, trust, and creating experiences that truly matter.
