Hi, I’m Cilla Oliveira, Loan Officer here in Jacksonville, FL.
I was born in São Paulo, Brazil, and moved to the United States in the mid-80s. I raised my family in New Jersey while working and studying, and in 1996 I joined the real estate industry. That decision changed my life and gave me the privilege of helping others achieve their dream of homeownership.

With more than 29 years of experience in the real estate business, I have had the honor of guiding families and individuals through one of the most meaningful financial and personal decisions of their lives: buying, selling, or refinancing a home.

For 15 years, I owned Villa Realty Group in New Jersey, where I built my reputation on integrity, professionalism, and genuine care for every client I served. To me, real estate goes far beyond property and paperwork. It is about people, dreams, and building a secure financial future.
