With a background rooted in construction from a young age, Brad Pimentel brings real-world experience and a hands-on perspective to the mortgage and real estate industry. Growing up around construction and property projects helped him develop a deep understanding of how homes are built, financed, renovated, and transformed into long-term investments.
Over the years, Brad expanded into real estate investing, working on fix-and-flips, creative financing strategies, buy-and-hold investments, and investment property acquisitions throughout Florida. His experience as an active investor allows him to understand the challenges and opportunities his clients face, whether they are first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, builders, or experienced real estate investors.
Today, Brad specializes in residential, investor, and construction-related financing solutions, including conventional loans, DSCR loans, HELOCs, business and personal lines of credit, hard money loans, fix-and-flip financing, construction loans, and non-traditional lending strategies. His ability to combine practical investing knowledge with mortgage expertise allows him to help clients structure deals strategically, creatively, and confidently.
