Position: Loan Clerk
Location: 4800 N Federal Hwy, Ste 104A, Boca Raton, FL 33431

Heart Mortgage Corporation is hiring for the position of Loan Clerk. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

· Prequalifying mortgage loan applications.

· Handling customer inquiries and managing internal communication.

· Organizing and reviewing loan documentation and reporting discrepancies to loan originators.

· Acting as a liaison between clients, branch managers, and loan originators.

· Organizing and managing loan documentation for verification and compliance with policies and regulations.

· Maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and referrals.

· Managing the loan pipeline from initiation to closure.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma.

· Minimum of 24 months of experience in administration and customer service.
